At Rails, we strive for complete customer satisfaction and offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed, unworn items with original tags attached. We make the process seamless with pre-paid return labels provided for all domestic orders.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the pre-paid shipping label generated by the portal and secure it to the outside of your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any official collection point to begin the transit process.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your returned items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
